Knowledge Disclosure Form (KDF)

During your research for the university it is possible that you discover or create something completely new, such as a therapeutic target, a new compound, a device, or a specific technique or method. You believe this discovery or creation could ultimately be very useful to society. In that case we recommend you contact the Luris Business Developers to discuss your invention/creation and evaluate your options.

Every researcher who is undertaking activities where there will be exploitation or commercialization of knowledge needs to report this to Luris, via a Knowledge Disclosure Form (KDF).

The KDF will be used to evaluate the nature, status and background of your invention/creation. It will serve for preparing necessary steps for the protection of intellectual property and its potential further societal or commercial application or development.
